Overview
The strategic plan will reaffirm and reinforce important work already in action: Bryant’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and maintain our commitment to open dialogue and learning from different perspectives. Every student should feel safe, valued, and heard at Bryant.
Objectives
The Vision 2030 strategic plan will:

Bryant 3.0 Highlights
The renovated Salmanson Dining Hall has a planned patio entrance that considers accessibility, ensuring all students can enjoy the renewed spaces.
Events like REDay, a day-long symposium that showcases scholarship, creativity, and innovation, bring the Bryant community together for important dialogue and discourse.

The Bulldog spirit is undeniable. It comes alive anytime our community assembles, whether it's at athletic events, scholarly symposiums, or celebrations like Day of Understanding. Vision 2030 will create more opportunities for our community to unite and grow stronger. The Strategic Plan will also focus on creating considered spaces that all students can access and enjoy.
